An estimated 41% of Sierra Leone’s population—roughly 2.9 million people—is under 15 years old, while about 4.4 million are under 25. While progress is evident in various sectors, widespread poverty and inequality still hinder millions of children from reaching their full potential.
That’s why we work to connect children with the people, institutions, and resources they need to grow up healthy, educated, skilled, and safe. Through our programs, we aim to reach 2.5 million children and their families across Sierra Leone every year.
