Victor is the Country Director of ChildFund Sierra Leone, where he serves as the organization’s legal representative and leads program strategy, accountability, and implementation. His responsibilities include program design, planning, innovation, documentation, and learning, as well as managing human resources, ensuring policy compliance, overseeing fundraising, and maintaining financial oversight. Victor is also focused on building relationships and strengthening the capacity of both staff and partner organizations.

With over 15 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sector, Victor is dedicated to delivering programs that create lasting change for vulnerable communities and empower individuals to reach their full potential.

Victor joined ChildFund in December 2019 as Programs and Sponsorship Director and has served as Country Director since October 2021. Before joining ChildFund, he held various leadership roles with other INGOs, including Interim Country Director, Business Development Manager, and Head of Advocacy and Communications.

Victor holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. His commitment to driving impactful change continues to inspire his work.
