Osman serves as Programs and Sponsorship Director at ChildFund Sierra Leone. He brings more than a decade of experience in humanitarian and international development, with a track record in child protection, education, youth empowerment, livelihoods, food security, and community development. He previously served as National Program Development Manager at SOS Children’s Villages Sierra Leone, and has held leadership roles with Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and Concern Worldwide, contributing to program design, partnership development, and resource mobilization.

Osman holds a Master of Arts in Sustainable Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from the University of Makeni. In his role, he leads ChildFund Sierra Leone’s program and sponsorship portfolio, working with communities, local partners, government stakeholders, and development partners to strengthen sustainable outcomes for children.
