Ndeye serves as the West Africa Finance Director at ChildFund, overseeing the financial health and sustainability of country offices across the region. She ensures that the organization’s financial practices align with ethical and regulatory standards, supporting country offices in achieving their goals and enhancing the impact of their programs.

With over 20 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sector, Ndeye is a qualified Finance Engineer. She has dedicated her career to improving community livelihoods and has been with ChildFund for 12 years, contributing her expertise in various roles. Prior to ChildFund, she worked with Plan International for seven years and as an accountant at the West Africa Rural Foundation for three years.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ndeye is passionate about community development and improving living conditions. She is also a proud mother of three, balancing her impactful career with her role as a devoted parent
